This covers ztwin.io, our marketing website. The Ztwin product at beta.ztwin.io handles student and institute data under a separate agreement with the institute, and is not described here.

What this site collects
There is one place on this website where you can give us information.
The demo form. Your name, institute, role, approximate student numbers, email and phone number. We use these to contact you about a demo and to prepare for it. The submission is sent to us by email at info@ztwin.io and is not stored in a database on this website.
What we measure
We record page views, demo form submissions, and clicks on the login links that lead to the product. This is aggregate traffic measurement — we use it to understand which pages are useful, not to build a profile of you. It does not use advertising cookies and we do not sell or share it with advertisers.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of services to run this site:
- Vercel hosts the website and provides the traffic measurement described above.
- ZeptoMail (a Zoho service) delivers the demo form to our inbox.
These providers process the information on our instructions in order to provide those services. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Demo enquiries stay in our email and CRM records for as long as we are in contact with you about working together, and are removed on request.
Your choices
Write to info@ztwin.io and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top changes with it.
